The responsibility of a Conversational AI Implementation Engineer is to assist customers with building and implementing new conversational AI capabilities, and providing a stable, scalable environment for the execution of an automated conversation flow on our Conversational Artificial Intelligence as a Service (AIaaS).

Specifically, the Conversational AI Implementation Engineer will:
- Be responsible for configuring conversation flow designed by the implementation team and/or the customer.
- Work with SMEs to connect pre-existing implementations that communicate with backend systems.
- Establish standards and environments to enable continuous improvement and regular deployment schedules.
- Product updates and release communications.
- Communicate with the solution engineering team, working together to understand, suggest, and design new features.
- Closely work with the Computational Linguist/Ontologist team to design subjects.
- Design Conversational AI educational and testing data to support the scope of subjects.
- Perform integration tests, UATs together with the customer.
Basic Qualifications
- Basic understanding of computer programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Ruby.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems.
- End to end technical experience in design, implementing, testing, and support.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical SMEs.
