We are looking for a talented Growth Hacker (Product Owner) to lead our AI product.

Responsibilities**:**
- Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
- Defines and executes the go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.
- Project planning and coordination across different functional stakeholders, internal and external
- Drive product requirements and roadmap planning
- Customer development: engage with users and key community members to build-measure-learn and define user personas
- Track performance metrics across various dimensions and bring a level of intellectual rigor to the process
- Build out internal tooling for collecting data & metrics
- Proactively identify technical and operational inefficiencies and work to find solutions to improve workflows
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in a Product role
- 2+ years in AI with deep knowledge in Natural Language Reasoning, NLU, NLP, etc. Personally, you have experienced both the joys and despairs in this space
